After High School I went to school and became a Certified Journeyman Auto Technician. I then joined the Air Force and spent four years serving Uncle Sam. I spent 1 year in the U.S., 1 year in Thailand and 2 years in Germany. We have lived in Shelton since our return from Europe in 1971.
In 1968 I married Pat Parker from the Shelton Class of 1965. We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversery this June. We have one son, Ron who is a computer software engineer and lives with his wife in Beaverton, Oregon.
I have been active in the Boy Scouts for over 20 years. I am also very active in our church and sing in the choir. I really enjoy motorcycles and ride my Honda Goldwing as often as possible. To relax I enjoy hiking and spending time in the Cascades and Olympics. I hike out of state when I get the chance. Pat and I enjoy exploring the United States and Canada on our vacations.
